Tracy sharpened her business acumen for nearly two decades as a real estate investor. With an eye for opportunity, value, and driving return on investment, she purchased her first five income-generating properties in three years.

She studied Marketing at the University of Alberta and Retail Management at Seneca College. Tracy is an instructor of workshops on negotiation, communication, creative problem-solving, finance, and real estate investing. She leverages these skills in her real estate deals for her clients. Her aptitude for numbers and analyzing an investment sale allows her clients to feel comfortable making informed decisions throughout the transaction process.

Tracy is deeply committed and loyal to her clients and nurtures these relationships. Her network of well-vetted lawyers, lenders, contractors, accountants, architects, and financial planners makes each deal seamless from consultation to closing.

Currently an Upper West Side resident and former resident of the Upper East Side, Tracy loves the diversity, culture, and energy of NYC. She enjoys exploring the city, taking in the spectacular architecture and the vibe that makes each neighborhood unique and exciting. In her free time, she is an avid runner, skier, and travel enthusiast and is a patron of NYC music, dance, and theater performances. Tracy specializes in luxury residential and multi-family investment sales as well as retail leasing and landlord and tenant representation. She works with home sellers, buyers, investors, landlords, and tenants throughout Manhattan, western Brooklyn, and Queens.
